Hotel Della Signoria Florence

We couldn't have asked for a better location, right in the center of everything. We were just minutes away from all the major attractions and other popular sites. The room itself was bright and clean with a nice bathroom, and the staff at the front desk were extremely helpful with directions and restaurant recommendations. The breakfast offered a great variety of choices, and the views from the cafeteria were fantastic.

The only downside was the street noise, which could be bothersome if you're sensitive to that.

This hotel is in the center of everything – just steps away from the famous Ponte and Palazzo Vecchio. It's situated in a mainly pedestrianised area, making it perfect for exploring the city on foot. The rooms are clean and comfortable, with a fantastic white cotton lined bed that guarantees a restful sleep. The breakfast included is a great bonus, with beautiful views over the rooftops of Florence that make you feel like you're in a dream.

The room was brand-new, and the bed was great.

The staff was pretty friendly, the hotel was fairly clean and placed in a central part of the city not far from the attractions, the Duomo and Ponte Vecchio and the Palazzo Vecchio. The room was cleaned and available with the comfy bed and great coffee, for example.

The bed in my room was not that comfortable.

Plus, the breakfast selection was amazing, with a wide variety of healthy options to choose from. And the rooftop breakfast room had a stunning view, making it the perfect way to start the day.

The check-in staff weren't very friendly, and there was quite a bit of dust in the corners of the room. the balcony could have been more inviting as well, with dead plants and uncomfortable chairs.

Excellent location; 2 min to Ponte Vecchio, 3 min to Piazza Della Signoria. Great breakfast with many choices; beautiful view. Good size bathroom, clean. Helpful cheerful staff. Lots of affordable restaurants nearby. 25 min walk from station. Wouldn't hesitate to book again.

Loved the central location. We were right in the heart of all the sights and attractions, but still enjoyed a peaceful and quiet evening. the room was basic but charming, with a beautiful view of the city streets. the bed was incredibly comfortable, and the air conditioning made for a cool and relaxing sleep.

Parking in the city was a bit of a hassle and expensive. We would recommend taking the train instead.
